A few weeks ago I applied to be a OASAP Fashion Hunter Blogger, withing a couple of days I was accepted into the program, yay! I do not in any way consider myself to be “Fashionable” in any way, shape or form, however the fashion world does intrigue me.
OASAP is a global online store dedicated to high-street fashion by offering various kinds of women’s apparel, bags, shoes, jewellery, accessories, beauty products, and so much more. OASAP was founded in late 2011, however, has already grown to the leader of high fashion online store.
I love that Oasap keeps updating products at a high rate every day with more than 600 new products each week.
OASAP’s mission is to make you close to the planet’s most cutting-edge fashion, no matter where you are or what class or age group you are in. Pursuing fashion is the right of every woman.
Fashioned Blogger Program:
Through the Fashion Hunter program, every month I’ll receive a credit towards a purchase from the OASAP in exchange for a honest review of my selected items. I love the fact that I will also be able to “Test Drive” different looks in the upcoming month. I will also be able to update my accessories.
Honestly is it super intimidating to see the models displaying the clothing, they are extremely thin, and I am not a skinny person. A lot of the Oasap.com apparel items are one size fits all and this makes it very difficult because even though the clothing measurements such as bust, waist, and length are show for each specific item they are all in cm so you really need to pay close attention to that. On the plus side, OASAP offers a 30 days full refund or exchange along with free shipping worldwide.
For the month of August, I chose the Lace Edged Bat Sleeve Bound Waist Blouse and a Long Sleeve Irregular Hem Cardigan both items are under $25 each. I received my items a couple of weeks after I ordered them, my items were a bit delay due to the Summer Olympics. Both my items were neatly folded and as a plus I also received a cute OASAP reusable shopping bag.
The Lace Edged Bat Sleeve Bound Waist Blouse is listed for $28 and it is crafted in chiffon, featuring round neck, short bat sleeves, bound waist with pleats, lace edged design, all in loose fit. This blouse is very cute and it looks very comfortable, the measurements are bust: 126cm and length: 65cm. Unfortunately this blouse did not fit me and so a new adventure began, my mother is a Fashionista in the making so I had her tried the blouse and voila it fit her but a bit on the snug side. You have to keep in mind those measurements depending on your hip side may not have the loose fit look as the model on the OASAP site.
Like I said before, I also selected a Long Sleeve Irregular Hem Cardigan, which is sold out at the moment, but when I ordered it was $21. The Cardigan is crafted in polyester fiber, featuring long sleeves, irregular hemline, no buttons design, in medium length cut, all in loose fit. The Cardigan is very stylish and youthful, the measurements are length: 64cm, bust: 80cm, shoulder: 34cm and sleeve: 57cm. I really did not expected to have any issues with the cardigan, but when I put it on it was too tight on me, and again mom to the rescue! As you can see from the picture below the Cardigan is a bit snug around the upper arm area and you should be aware of that.
August items were not the best fit for me, but shopping on OASAP.com was very easy. I expect not to have any issues in September. Cannot wait to share what I find next.
Disclosure: As part of OASAP Fashion Hunter Blogger I received a credit to make a complimentary purchase to facilitate this review. I was not monetarily compensated for this review and all opinions are honest and my own.
