Best advice I got was to truly understand that all babies are different and read and respond to MY babys cues. (Learned that from faith ploude, miamis awesome lactation consultant that saved my bf relationship) It’s easy to say but not “get it”. My baby is unique and no book can teach me how to parent her.

The best advice that we received was that babies only cry for 4 reasons: they are wet, hungry, tired or have gas. This has saved us countless hours trying to diagnose issues. :)

The second best advice? Read the Happiest Baby on the block. That book was a lifesaver! :)

Out of all of the baby stuff you can buy, all your baby really needs is you. Your time, your love, your attention.

The best advice I’ve been given is to follow your instinct. Im now pregnant with my third and every pregnancy and every baby is different. I believe in keeping an open mind.. Considering options.. And then focusing inward and deciding what’s right for you and your baby. :-)

The best baby advice I can give is to enjoy every second you get to spend with your child and love them unconditionally. And remember they are mirror images of who we are.

The best baby advice I received was to just RELAX. No one can be the “perfect parent”. I think that as a single mom I tried to “overcompensate” at first. There will be mishaps, bumps on little heads, skinned knees, plenty of tears, spilled milk, blowouts, and colic that seems to never end. That is NORMAL!!!! When I learned to accept this and learned to relax, I began enjoying my daughter and this journey we are on together a lot more. I now remind myself to relax, to take everything one step at a time, and that I am doing a great job every single day.

Omg! Just found out I’m pregnant the same week my hubby got laid off. Then he goes and gets into a biking accident on virginia key and shatters his elbow. He had a $100,000 surgery and I’m freaking out trying to figure out how to pay the bills and get baby stuff. I could really use this!

Best advice I can give as a mother is remember to laugh at yourself and your little mistakes. Like when you serve your husband breast milk in his coffee cup and put coffee in the bottle. When you’re in a hurry and shove your hand in the back of a poopy diaper and get a fistful. Just laugh! It can really save your sanity!

Best advice I got was to Sleep while you can! Nap with baby so you can be rested. The time goes by too fast to worry bout the little things.
Don’t judge the other mom you dont know her circumstance. One day you could be in her same shoes.
